and a list of answersDo you work with other industries besides tourism?
Of course! Our knowledge of digital marketing is applicable to other industries as well. So far we have traveled with: business schools, psychotherapists, event organization agencies, animation agencies, betting companies, confectionery manufacturers, and online shops.
How quickly do you respond to emails and clients requests?
We try to get answers very quickly, within 24 hours at the latest, and to complete the work, depending on the scope, within the agreed time. It doesn't happen that we don't answer the phone or that we don't answer emails, it's just not our manners. So, if we didn't answer it means we didn't get your email.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. On weekends, we try not to work and rest to give you the maximum during the weekdays. However, if something is urgent, we are always here to quickly solve the problem and respond to the task, even on weekends (but only if it is very urgent 🙂 )
How do you charge and do you have specific service packages?
We send the invoice at the beginning of the month for the previous month and it includes ONLY those services that were performed that month, not all the services from the contract. It happens that due to your internal communications, budget or something else, a certain service of ours is not provided in a given month, so we consider it fair to charge only for what was done, not what was planned.
We also have service packages where you get a 10% discount on 3-4 services, a 15% discount on 5-6 services, and a 20% discount on 7+ services. Discount applies only to recurring services monthly.
For what period of time is the contract signed?
Depending on the service you want us to provide you (whether it is one-time such as creating a website or monthly such as managing social networks and advertisements) the contract is signed either for a specific period or for a period of one year, where both parties can cancel the cooperation 30 days in advance and before the contract expires. Contracts are automatically extended for the following year and are added to the Annex if there are certain changes.
